What we actually did

Built the flagship. The award-grade redesign below — original typography and motion, shipped through pull-request review onto the live domain.
Instrumented it honestly. GA4 wired to real booking events — conversions measured at the point of booking, not pageview vanity.
Laid the search foundation. Search Console verified, technical baseline clean, and an llms.txt so AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews) can cite the clinic too.
Claimed the local ground. Google Business Profile claimed and optimized; the review engine running — 111 reviews and climbing.
Run the loop. Weekly fix-and-measure telemetry: what dipped, what climbed, what ships next. Position 11 average is a waypoint, not a finish line.

The challenge

A real Las Vegas medical practice with a physician-founder brand worth more than its website showed. The clinic needed a homepage that looked like the medicine it practices — modern, precise, personal — without losing the conversion basics a local practice lives on.
